A sound bath is an immersion of beautiful sounds and vibrations that lull you into a peaceful and mindful state that promotes relaxation for your mind body and spirit.
The purpose of sound therapy is to move our minds and bodies from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.
Sound gives us something to focus on making it easier to clear the mind.

Sound Baths ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT LADIES OR PEOPLE WITH PACEMAKERS.
It’s recommended to lie on the floor for this experience however everyone has different abilities and it’s always best to listen to your body, it knows best!
You will still get the benefits if you choose to sit in a chair.
Bring a Yoga mat, blanket and pillow and anything else that allows you to be warm and comfortable, some people even bring a sleeping bag....zzzzzz!
Tickets are £12 and can be paid on the night, however you must PM to reserve your place as places are limited!
Please arrive 20 mins early to fill out declaration, make payment and most importantly make yourself at home!
