The Summer Solstice sees us moving into the Fire Element. It’s the longest day of the year and Yang energy is at its peak. The Sun is at its highest and people feel they have lots of energy. It marks the beginning of Summer, a season for activity, movement, growth and relationship.
The Fire Element governs our Heart Meridian. Being in touch with what energises and depletes us is important in bringing balance at this time of the year. It is a time to nourish ourselves with heartfelt activity and practices.
When the Fire Element is in balance the mind is calm, our hearts are strong and emotions are stable.
The Solstice is an opportunity for us to realign with ourselves and our environment. To take a step back and reflect and move forward with growth.
This event will give opportunity to connect with ourselves and others while exploring practices that energise and deplete us.
Gentle mindful meditation will allow us to explore our Hearts and Emotions in a meaningful way.
The soothing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls will support us to ring in the changes as we switch from Spring to Summer, Wood element to Fire.
We will be recharging our batteries as we energise with the highest rays of the Sun.

We are so excited to be back in the Fabulous Dell of Abernethy. We have chosen this venue for its unique experience.
The exercises will take place under The beautiful Scots Pine Canopy supporting us to connect to nature. The fire will be on as we toast marshmallows supporting us to connect to our inner Fire.
