Group Sound Immersion

Sound Therapy is intended to relieve or reduce stress, pain and anxiety by promoting relaxation. It can be a very therapeutic form of meditation because you’re literally being "bathed" in sound waves. Our skin is our largest organ and as these sound waves wash over your body and are also heard through the ears, they can take you into an alpha & theta brainwave state. This means that the sound vibrations help to shift your brain into a calmer state.

Bring a pillow to rest your head on and if you tend to chill easy, bring a light cover. Sanitized yoga mats or a chair provided.
