Evening SUP Workshops

These evening coaching sessions will cover aspects such as kit required, planning, safety, weather, reading the water, group management, paddling skills/techniques and rescues for the various environment options including: open water/Lochs, coastal, night paddling, moving water and lots more....

These sessions are aimed at paddlers with their own board & equipment. Paddlers should have their own board, paddle, buoyancy aid, helmet, paddling clothes and a dry bag for spares/supplies to be taken out on the water.
