Beginner SUP Course

These day courses are aimed at those with little to no paddleboarding experience and wish to gain a great foundation course to teach all the basic paddleboarding skills.

This includes courses

* Setting the board up
* Getting to know the paddling kit required
* Ways of moving & handling the board(s)
* How best to launch & land
* Some basic paddling strokes
* A short paddleboard journey

All kit needed including paddleboard, paddle, leash, wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and dry bag can all be supplied if paddlers don't have their own kit.
