Our guided meditation will lay the foundation for our sound bath experience, leading us to a place of pure bliss, as Himalayan Singing Bowls combine with the inspiring sounds of nature. Sipping intentionally, enjoying healing and nourishing turmeric tonic as we journal, celebrating our own radiance with gratitude for nature’s abundance and rhythms.
