Stress-reduction Strategies for Improving Resilience and Wellbeing
Over the last decade, rapid changes within organisations have caused a significant increase in people’s workload. These demands often manifest in a wide variety of stress-related symptoms including unhelpful reactions, increased exhaustion, fatigue, and burnout.
Daily stress-reduction and self-care strategies can make a big difference to personal well-being, resilience and performance, however, without professional training, these may remain haphazard and ineffective in the long-term. The Performance Under Pressure workshop works with individuals to help strengthen their team’s wellbeing culture. It presents practical strategies that can be used personally and professionally to improve reactions, resilience and recovery.
