Full moons are illuminating and bring a lot of energy and healing for the body. The moonlight can relieve anxiety and stress while improving relaxation by prompting the natural release of melatonin. Meditation has many health benefits that come from an increase in grey matter creation in the brain. Some of the benefits include improved sleep patterns, restoring nervous system imbalances, decrease in inflammation, lower cortisol levels, increase in creativity, better memory retention and so much more! Full moon meditation helps focus energy around the moon to help reveal and release old blocks and patterns you may have and help you manifest your true desires. Expect a gentle paddle out to where we will circle up for our moonlight meditation.
We will begin with some very gentle seated movements and head into breath work as we are guided into our meditation practice. Arrive 15min early. Paddle demo to be given before we head out.
