Celebrate International Yoga Day & the First Day of Summer
Rise with the sun and celebrate the new season of vitality and joy!
Join us on Saturday, June 21st at 6:30 AM at James Nance Park for a fun, all-levels Sunrise Beach Yoga session. Arrive 10 minutes early to park and settle in. Sunrise will be at ~6:26 AM.
This class is for any BODY that loves yoga, sunrise at the beach and being surrounded by a like-minded beautiful community. I will guide you through slow, mindful movements with conscious breath to the calming sound of the waves crashing...nature always makes the best soundtracks for class!
After class, stay for a short community beach walk. Make new friends, clean up the beach, and get your steps in! It’s a feel-good way to welcome summer and make meaningful connections. If you have time, stay for a smoothie or acai bowl at Cafe Surfinista with us.
