Work Days @ Brushy Fork Nature Preserve

Join the Kenton Conservancy and Banklick Watershed Council for a work day to help create the Kenton Conservancy's newest public nature preserve, Brushy Fork Nature Preserve. Activities will vary; they will include native pollinator garden maintenance, entryway weeding and improvements, trail maintenance, and vegetation control.

Location: 10463 Canberra Drive, Independence, KY 41051 (Please be respectful of our neighbors and park in the gravel parking area)

Please bring:
- Appropriate clothing: Close-toed shoes, long sleeves, long pants, hat, eye protection, sunscreen, work gloves, etc.
- Clippers, loppers, string trimmers, trowels, garden knife, and other labeled personal tools (we will have a limited number to share).
- Refillable water bottle

Note: This is an approved Master Gardner volunteer site (Category 2). Master Gardeners are responsible for reporting their volunteer hours at this site.
