Significant dates and unexpected reminders can trigger powerful waves of grief, often leaving mourners overwhelmed and uncertain about how to move forward. Despite how common these “grief attacks” are, little is known about why they happen or how best to cope.
In this presentation, we’ll explore findings from a new survey of hundreds of bereaved individuals who share when and how these grief surges arise—and what helps them endure. We’ll offer practical strategies to find moments of calm, honor your loved one’s memory, and navigate toward a meaningful future. We’ll conclude with the Top 10 Tips for managing grief during a season that often feels especially isolating for those who are mourning.
