Late Night Restorative

Join Kaley Tocco, yoga teacher + reiki master for an evening of relaxation.

Restorative Yoga is a deep rest that allows the nervous system to reset promoting healing and well-being to all systems.

Kaley will assist you as you prop your body into supremely comfortable poses which allow your body to surrender + then she will use gentle touch to share positive energy towards your highest good.
