Fall Hike + Yoga Fest

Join Danielle for a fantasically fun fall fest!

We will meet at Hemlock Trail for a reflective hike under the colorful fall foliage. Then, we'll roll out the yoga mats for an all levels yoga practice. Your movement and breath will be supported by the rustling leaves and bubbling brook running under the bridge. Sips of comfort provided (special recipe: wassail beverage - a non alcoholic hot apple cider style) along with community connection!
