Nordic Walking Tasters at The Pod

Corinna has started her free Nordic Walking sessions on Mondays 12.30pm - 1.15pm or 6pm - 7.15pm at The Pod, Summerfields Way, Ilkeston, DE7 9JJ.

Rather than walking with upright sticks, nordic walking poles are light weight and are used with your arms hanging naturally. It's a great upper and lower body work out with lots of health benefits. Corinna will provide the poles. Please wear footwear with closed toes - no open sandals / flip flops.
