Looking for a gentle, friendly way to keep moving, stay active and support your wellbeing? Join our weekly Chair-Based Exercise class — designed especially for older adults, people with limited mobility, long-term health conditions, or those on a rehabilitation journey.
This welcoming class offers a range of seated and standing exercises (with support if needed) to help maintain strength, flexibility, balance and coordination — all at your own pace. It’s a wonderful way to keep moving and stay connected with others in a relaxed, supportive setting.
