Chair Based Excersice

Join us every Monday morning from 10:00 to 11:30am at Our Crafty Place for a friendly and welcoming chair-based exercise class with Julie.

These sessions focus on strength and balance to help maintain mobility and independence – so you can live stronger for longer!
