Beginners Yoga

Start your week off feeling refreshed strong and positive with our Monday yoga classes!

These sessions are perfect for beginners, in a comfortable and friendly space!

We will move through meditations, flows and yin yoga poses to give you a range of relaxing strengthening and stretching!

7:15-8:15pm
£5 a session (pay as you go)

Bring your own mat if you have one (or you can borrow one if not), bring some extra layers (such as a blanket or extra layers!) and some water!
