The Menu

Canapes

• Toasted seeded hoagie, basil pesto, heriloom tomatoes, maldon salt, balsamic vinegar, fresh mozzarella - paired with Evesham Wood Pinot Noir Willamette Valley.
• Red wine soaked figs, goat cheese, arugula, on flat bread - paired with Agricola Bellaria Greco di Tufo.

First Course

• Grilled shrimp, risotto, crispy artichoke, lardons - paired with Donelan Syrah Cuvee Christine.

Second Course

• Charred domestic lamb chops, sweet potato puree, zucchini gratin, mint jus - paired with Broc Cellars Vermintino.

Third Course

• Layered black forest cake, chocolate sauce, macerated berries - paired with Fattoria Moretta Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Frizzante Secco.
