June Lunch & Learn

Join us on a journey through the history and geography of wine and vineyards. We will be looking at the origins of viticulture, the rise of great wine regions and estates, and some interesting facts and anecdotes from across the world.
How did wine arrive in America and become so popular? Was Champagne essential in the art of diplomacy? Who came up with twist-off wine caps and why? What is Sommelier? Or Biodynamic wine?
Along with some maps and other visual aids, we will try to cover as much ground as we can in this endless story that is winemaking, followed by some questions and answers. A Bientot!

It will be held at Red Restaurant with a two course meal and dessert.
