Sunset Beach Yoga: Old Hunstanton Beach

Join me for a sunset Hatha Yoga class on the picturesque beach at Old Hunstanton, Norfolk.

We'll be tuning into the sights, sounds, and sensations of this stunning location - with mantra, music, and movement suitable for all experience levels.

Breathe with the ocean, feel the earth beneath you, and embrace the blessings of our fleeting summer!
