Welcome the weekend with a wonderful evening mini-retreat to calm your senses and soothe your soul...
Enjoy a gentle and restorative yoga class, with guided meditation for deep relaxation - and unwind and cleanse with a nice cup of herbal tea at the end of our time together.
What to expect:
My classes are rooted in traditional Indian Hatha yoga and are designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
This will be perfect for you if you are wanting to:
✅Manage and ease stress and anxiety
✅Have a better night's sleep
✅Improve core strength and flexibility
✅Dedicate more time to self-care
✅Ease general stiffness, aches & pains
✅Improve your balance
✅Practice in a safe, non-judgmental space
✅Have a few laughs along the way
We have the lights nice and low (although you can see me obvs!) so no need to feel self-conscious.
I use aromatherapy in class to promote a greater sense of wellbeing.
