Skybound: Aerial Yoga Camp for Teens & Tweens (Grades 6-12)

This summer, let your teens and tweens soar into the exciting world of aerial yoga with our unique Creative Aerial Yoga Camp! They’ll experience the thrill of flying as they blend the elegance of aerial yoga with creative movement and dynamic flows. Each day, campers will explore new poses and sequences, starting with a warm-up before diving into invigorating aerial yoga flows, dance choreography, and theatrical expression. As the week progresses, our expert instructors will introduce challenges to build strength, confidence, and skills. To top it off, we’ll capture their perfected routines on video, so they can relive the unforgettable memories for years to come.

Between yoga sessions, campers will enjoy creative activities like crafting friendship bracelets, photo jars, origami, and resin keychains. It’s the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and creativity for an unforgettable week of aerial yoga and fun!

No previous experience necessary.
