Kids Night Out: Flips & Flicks (Grades 1-5)

Looking for a fun activity for your child while you enjoy a parents’ night off? Give them the ultimate adventure with our Kids Night Out aerial yoga events! Take 3 guilt-free, kid-free hours to yourself while your child explores the exciting world of aerial yoga for kids—stretching their bodies, learning new poses, and experiencing the thrill of flying in a safe, supportive environment.

After their aerial yoga class, they’ll enjoy a tasty snack break as we transform the studio into a cozy cinema in the sky! Kids will relax in their aerial yoga silks, snuggle up with yoga blankets, and watch a kid-friendly movie.

No aerial yoga experience is needed—everyone is welcome! Perfect for kids in MetroWest looking for something fun and active to do on their parents’ date night.
