Time to put that to the test on Saturday June 28th at Comlara.
Option 1. 12 Hours of Running a 4.25 mile course, have to complete the course in under 1 hour. Rinse and repeat... Start time 7:00 AM

Option 2. 6 Hours of Running. Start time 7:00 AM, same format.
Option 3. 3 Hours of Running starting at 9:00 AM same format
Option 4. 1 loop at the top of any hour throughout the day. No Awards, can provide moral support to any runner, however no outside assistance can be provided to any runner on the course. Only at defined Aid stations and race personnel can provide assistance.
