Zucchini Ricotta Pesto Tart – A golden puff pastry tart filled with creamy ricotta, vibrant pesto, and topped with thin zucchini slices. Light, flavorful, and perfect for brunch or a summer meal.
Zucchini Fritters with Tzatziki – Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, these zucchini fritters are a must-have summer appetizer or side. A zesty homemade tzatziki sauce takes them to the next level.
