Learn what you can do to strengthen your bones! Join us for a 4-week progressive yoga series designed to support bone mineral density, enhance muscle engagement, improve posture awareness, increase strength, and promote better balance—all through safe, guided practice.
This series also focuses on mind-body awareness and stress reduction through Pranayama (breath work)—the secret sauce to long-term bone health.
Why This Matters:
Chronic stress raises cortisol, which increases bone brittleness.
We start losing bone density as early as age 31—about 1% per year.
Osteopenia and osteoporosis are not limited to older adults.
This series is ideal for anyone who wants to take a proactive and holistic approach to bone health. Whether you’re managing early bone loss or seeking preventative support, this practice will empower you with tools to support strong bones for life.
We will use props such as bands, loops, chairs and wall. All props are supplied by studio.
