The Peaceful Fire- Trevor began meditating 10 years ago, when the
challenges of being a stay-at-home dad and a difficult
marriage became overwhelming. What started as a way to
cope soon became much more—beyond the immediate
relief, he noticed his relationship with the world begin to
change.
He went on to study traditional Buddhist practices, guided
visualizations, and earned a certification in Mindfulness
and Well-being from Rice University. Later, he became a
Certified 1 Giant Mind Meditation Teacher.
Trevor’s classes are approachable and supportive, giving
people practical tools to find calm, clarity, and connection
in their daily lives.
