Experience these gentle, flowing poses, deep breathing rhythms and visualization techniques. Feel how the movements enhance the flow of Qi (energy) that boosts your immune system, remove energy blockages, open meridian pathways, clearing, organ cleansing, and release fascia energy.
You will ease down with a relaxing meditation, Reiki, with continual soothing sound scapes provided by Laura Z brings a sense of calm to your senses.
