This guided experience combines healing frequencies of meditation, and a relaxing atmosphere to help you achieve a trance like state of mind that promotes healing and inner balance. Experience the powerful gongs and the healing frequencies, and soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Be relaxed by melodic tones of the hang drum and flute, and the grounding vibrations of the sacred didgeridoo. Facilitated by sound practitioner Laura Zwynenburg, with Reiki Master Susan Havens. The session offers a unique opportunity to explore meditation and mindfulness in a transformative way.
