About the event

Healing Energy Happy Hour! W/ Rob & Laura
Welcoming and introducing Rob Bowe at Evolve-Z Yoga & More! He is certified with Yin, Vinyasa Yoga and Qigong instructor, Usui & Karuna Reiki Master. We are honored to have him here, introducing Qigong energy flow (gentle movement easy level).
Easing down with a relaxing meditation, continual sound scapes provided by Laura Z brings a sense of calm to your senses.
Mats are available.
Rob currently teaches Qigong at local YMCA, Senior Centers and Community Education Programs.
He also provides Reiki Energy Healing sessions for cancer patients and rescue ranch horses. Rob’s approach to his classes is based on viewing them as learning and healing opportunities for his students.
