We open up our beautiful cozy yoga center to everyone curious to know more about the essence of tantra in this inspiring FREE evening workshop!
It will be an inspiring talk with our experienced tantra teacher Louise, followed by some exersises that will guide to a deeper understanding of tantric principles. In the end there will be time for a cup of tea, for questions and answers and heartfelt togetherness

As we dive into life with full lucidity and awareness the power of existence, in all its moments – big and small – starts to speak to our heart, time slows down, our senses come alive and the richness of every moment begins to fuel our soul in their simplicity and complexity… The endless hunting for entertainment and stimuli slowly loses its devastating grip on us, as we return to a more natural relationship with life, our body and consciousness and reconnect with our heart and natural human condition.
The ancient esoteric tantric practices are tools for returning to our natural human state and were created for people living fully engaged in the benefits and challenges of everyday life. It was not a practice of seclusion but a practice of living life in its fulness supported by a community of like-minded practitioners.
The true esoteric tantric practices were and are still resting on the fundamental pillars of: yoga techniques for the body and subtle structures, living in full awareness, refinement of our senses, perceiving life in its fulness, engaging in sacred ceremonial adoration of life, all inspired by tantric wisdom teachings, and very importantly – explored within a supportive community as growth truly appears when we come together and connect in loving and meaningful togetherness.
In a mysterious way this ancient tantric approach to life is a healing balm for some of the biggest challenges in our world today, and we wish to share these profound understandings and life-changing techniques with you.
This evening reveals the foundation of esoteric tantra and how it can support us in our modern life, in a way that we can become more in touch with ourselves, with life and create fulfilling connections with others, and why tantra cannot be understood in a one-shot weekend workshop but will unfold and reveal its treasures and magical flow to us as we engage in daily practices supporting our continuous growth throughout life.
We warmly welcome you to this evening of inspiration – with supporting exercises to demonstrate the power of the tantric wisdom.
The talk will be kept in english and the exersises are light, non-s*xual & focused on personal development. The event does not require coming with a partner
