About the event

Summer Reflect & Restore Yoga Workshop

A gentle yoga class for all levels.
As we welcome the summer season we will revisit our intentions set at the new year; focusing on some selfcare with stretching, meditation and journaling exercises

*please note attending previous sessions is not a requirement. Any seasonal sessions can be attended independently.

Journal will be provided or feel free to bring your own.
