Women Veterans Empowerment Expo (WVEE)

The 9th Annual Women Veterans Empowerment Expo will take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Dress for Success Houston. This event is FREE and welcomes all Women Veterans.

As one of the premier Women Veteran events in the Houston Metro area, we are proud to continue to bring this one-of-a-kind and uplifting opportunity. Join your sisters-in-arms for an engaging day of networking, games, and encouragement.

Our keynote speaker this year is KaRen, an accomplished Marine combat veteran who continues to serve as an ambassador, volunteer, and advocate for several veteran service organizations invested in the wellness of veterans and their families.

• This is a Women Veterans only event, childcare is NOT provided. Take the day to celebrate YOU! (Due to space limitations, guests will not be permitted)

KaRen is an accomplished Marine combat veteran who continues to serve as an ambassador, volunteer, and advocate for several veteran service organizations invested in the wellness of veterans and their families. She is an author and continues to expand her education with a degree in Mind-Body Medicine and is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Warrior Goddess Training Facilitator, Reiki Master, and currently working on her trauma conscious yoga teacher training with Connected Warriors.

To keep this event free for all Women Veterans, we need your support. Donations help cover meals, venue, speaker support, T-shirts, and event materials.

We’re inviting contributions at all levels:

• $100 helps with raffle prizes
• $250 provides workshop materials
• $500 supports logistics and speakers
• $1,000+ sponsors major event elements.

We also welcome in-kind donations like books, journals, snacks, and items for gift bags or door prizes.
