Each Sunday at 10am, I host a free sound bath in the park. I call it:
"Time Tithing” — giving the first hour of my week to God, gratitude, and grounding.
What started as my personal practice has evolved beautifully. Without fail, kind souls find their way to sit, breathe, and just be with me.
Now, I’m officially inviting you to join me!
Come as you are — no pressure, no performance.
We’ll set intentions, meditate, journal , and let the sound healing do what it does...

Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a journal, and an open heart. Let’s reclaim Sundays for the soul.
