I Am Yoga Morning Flow (*New Times 6:15am)

A mindful and invigorating heated practice designed to connect your body, breath, and mind. This practice combines both synchronization of breath and movement, as well as strength building through holding postures. Improve your cardiovascular function, muscle strength and endurance, and reduce stress and anxiety. Learn about yourself through this flow. This class is designed to connect yoga students with their authentic self, and to gain a greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body. Challenging and accessible to all.
