Saturday Morning Hot Power Yoga w/ Shanyce

This is a vinyasa based heated class with mindful movements and intentional sequencing. Poses are held a bit longer with a slower pace here than other studios to allow students more space to align, connect, breathe, and embody with the benefits from sustained engagements and building internal heat. Do we really need to feel rushed in yoga?
Topics will change weekly and intensity can vary by instructor. The practices are challenging, accessible, and suited for all levels. The main room is heated between 85 to 95 degrees
If you feel a bit overwhelmed or lagged during a vinyasa yoga class, this studio and power class may be for you. No experience necessary
