Evening Hot Power Yoga

Heated Power Vinyasa Flow yoga classes at M Power Yoga are designed to build strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility. Topics and classes vary with instructors while keeping a consistent focus upon alignment, breath, gaze, flow and inquiry.

The practices are challenging but accessible and well paced to allow a little bit more time to dive deeper into the body and mind connection while allowing room to adjust. If you typically feel rushed during power yoga classes, this studio and power class is for you. No experience necessary.

This is an all Level class and it will be challenging. The room will be heated between 90 to 95 degrees.
