Using a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, instruments from nature and vocalizations you will be guided to recalibrate and reenergize your soul's frequency. There may be elements of guided meditation or breathwork in these sessions.

Clarissa, a seasoned yoga teacher with 15+ years of experience, holds E-RYT®500, RYPT, and YACEP® certifications. Also a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and Munay Ki Shamanic practitioner, she infuses classes, ceremonies, and retreats with transformative practices from diverse modalities. Using shamanic instruments, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and more, Clarissa creates a multi-sensory experience, sparking profound transformations. She also leads global and regional retreats and yoga teacher trainings, leaving an indelible mark on the spiritual journey of those she guides.
