Food Menu:
Ensalada de Betables with rainbow beet stack, whipped queso fresco crema, toasted pepitas, pistachio dust, citrus syrup, and micro greens
Dos Sopes with Mexican chorizo, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, guajillo crema, grilled scallion salsa, and pinto bean refrito
Poblano mole enchiladas de pato with guajillo duck confit, Oaxaca, mole poblano, toasted sesame, peanut dust, cilantro jicama slaw, and pickled onion
Capirotada (Bread Pudding) with toasted brioche, seared banana, sliced almond, stewed raisins, vanilla bean and cinnamon cream, creme anglaise, and orange zest
