🌿 The Sound & Self-Care Circle

🌟 An evening of sound, breath, voice & connection 🌟

This has been on my heart for a while now—something a little more informal, a little more nourishing. A chance to simply gather... to breathe, to sound, to share space in a relaxed and meaningful way.

This in-house gathering blends gentle self-care practices with the healing power of sound and community. Together, we’ll explore breath, body awareness, vocal play, and simple techniques to support your nervous system and restore your spirit. You’ll also receive a short sound bath to settle in, and maybe we’ll share a few songs or chants to lift our voices together.

We’ll take time to talk, too—sharing conversation around what’s real and present for us - challenges, insights, and inspiration around self-care, stress, and staying grounded in a noisy world.

No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.

Come cozy. Come open. Come ready to breathe a little deeper and feel a little more like you.
