Feeling stuck overwhelmed or energetically blocked? It’s time to release realign and restore balance.
In times of challenge deep release allows us to consciously move forward while regular ‘soul-keeping’ helps nurture balance and clarity.
Join me on May 20th for a transformative Release & Renew ceremony where I will be holding space for releasing of what no longer serves us. Through using affirmations intention setting guided meditation tapping and more we will gently let go of what we do no longer need. Before the workshop you’ll receive a journaling exercise to begin the process.
After releasing we will replenish our souls with uplifting energy through chakra dance restoring flow lightness and renewal.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive store credit.
