Seisuke Knife Festival HAWAII '25

The Seisuke Knife Festival is a culturally immersive event designed to celebrate the artistry of traditional Japanese knife making. Hosted by Seisuke Knife, the festival brings together master craftsmen, culinary enthusiasts, and musicians to explore the heritage and craftsmanship of Japanese knives through knife and forging demonstrations, knife skill exhibitions, and engaging presentations.

This exclusive one-day festival welcomes 200 guests to experience the intersection of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and modern culinary innovation. Set in O'ahu, Hawaii, the event combines live demonstrations from master knife makers, impressive expert-level sushi slicing presentations, and an interactive program experience led by renowned chef and entrepreneur Chef Tu David Phu.
