As Asia’s first Certified Spirits Educator accredited by the Society of Wine Educators and a WSET Certified Educator, he has dedicated his career to advancing spirits education. Eddie has served as a judge for prestigious international spirits competitions and is also an esteemed cocktail judge. While his passion extends to all spirits, his deep expertise in Scotch and world whiskies is widely recognized.
