About the event

Handstand Intensive with Yonex Ho
Workshop Goals:
Build strength and endurance for handstands
Refine alignment and balance techniques
Explore dynamic entries and exits
Gain knowledge of conditioning and recovery techniques
Develop a personal handstand practice


Prerequisite: Completion of the workshop on 4 July or you are experienced handstand and/ or flexibility students and got an approval from the teacher

For everyone to join if you are from 15 years old and not
Advanced hand balancers or contortionists
Absolute beginners with no movement experience
