Contortion Intensive Workshop with Yonex Ho

Workshop Goals:
Deepen active and passive flexibility
Improve spinal articulation and hip mobility - backbending techniques, Hip & Leg Flexibility

Note
Do not join if you have no movement experience at all or are trained contortionists.
Each workshop: Maximum 10 students and minimum of 4 students
No cash refunds. If the studio cancels, three alternative dates will be offered
Maximum 8 students and minimum of 4 students
