Yoga for Remembrance: A Memorial Class

Join us for a gentle, heart-centered 60-minute yoga class in honor of the community members and loved ones we’ve lost over the past year. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we’ll create space to acknowledge grief, celebrate love, and move both through our physical and energetic bodies.

You're invited to bring a photo or small item of remembrance to place on our shared altar as we hold space together in reflection, healing, and connection.

There is no charge for this event, but advance registration is requested so we can prepare for the number of participants. All are welcome—no prior yoga experience is needed.
