Your evening away from it all includes:
a 2.5-hour INDOOR evening yoga retreat at the studio
breathwork and meditation
a 75-minute yoga practice
shared evening snacks, spa water, and tea
a limited edition essential oil blend
special gifts to help facilitate rest and restoration
Retreat Details:
6:00pm | opening + intention setting
6:15pm | Mindful Flow practice
7:30pm | manifesting Autumnal energy + release ceremony
7:45pm | sound healing + meditation
8:15pm | shared snacks + closing

We will take care of food preferences and sensitivities, so please email us to share any food sensitivities as soon as possible.
What to Bring:
🍁 Your yoga mat and any props you might want. Since we will be in the studio, we will have plenty available if you prefer to leave them at home.
🍁 Comfortable, layered clothing for indoor practice
🍁 Journaling supplies
🍁 A water bottle
If you are unable to attend, refunds will not be given. Instead, a credit will be added to your account for a future retreat or special event with Serendipity Yoga and Wellness.
