Welcome spring with a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience in the serene and historic setting of Wistariahurst Museum. Allow soothing sound waves to carry you into a state of inner stillness and renewal.

Led by artist and certified sound practitioner Donnabelle Casis, this immersive session uses crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments to help gently release stress and rebalance the nervous system.

Through her training with the KIN Unified Healing Institute in Sound Therapy, Donnabelle uses various sound modalities to support both physical health and emotional well-being. Every session is intuitively guided and uniquely attuned to those present.

• A full hour of guided sound immersion
• Relaxation with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes & more
• A peaceful, candle-lit atmosphere inside Wistariahurst’s historic space
• Time to ground, breathe, and reconnect with yourself

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket, pillow, or eye covering for comfort
