Puerto Abierto (Open Port)

MIFA Victory Theatre presents the Victory Players performing “Puerto Abierto (Open Port).” Join the MIFA Victory Players for an unforgettable evening of multifaceted music and dialogue exploring the legacy of the Caribbean. The performance is in collaboration with De La Luz Soundstage, in the De La Luz cabaret-like venue on Race Street. This performance will include world premieres of 3 original works by composers Odaline de la Martinez, Sonia Morales, and Luis Quintana. A feature of the performance will be the composers speaking about their works. Performed by the 2025 Victory Players ensemble: Nathan Ben-Yehuda (Piano), Linda Hwang (Cello), Giovanni A. Pérez (Flute), Robert Rocheteau (Percussion), Eric Schultz (Clarinet), and Samuel Vargas (Violin) with Tianhui Ng, Music Director. The intimate cabaret setting offers full bar and food service for an exciting evening downtown.
