Juneteenth Sessions: Step Dance & Spoken Word Workshops
In honor of Juneteenth, we invite you to join us for a powerful celebration of freedom, expression, and Black cultural legacy through the arts. The Juneteenth Sessions will feature two impactful workshops: a spoken word session led by artist Marlo Vashti, and an energizing step dance workshop led by the incredible Mike Wood.

About Mike Wood
A dynamic force in the world of step, Mike Wood is a distinguished member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., widely recognized for his captivating stage presence and award-winning performances. His exceptional talent culminated in a remarkable 1st place overall victory at the nationally acclaimed Florida Invitational Step Show (FISS). As the co-creator and driving force behind the Dynasty Step Team, Coach Wood has led them to unprecedented success, securing two championship titles in the esteemed Young Talent Big Dreams competition. The team's electrifying routines have graced prominent platforms, including NBC 6 in the Mix and the thrilling Miami Heat Halftime show, firmly establishing Mike Wood's significant and fluent contribution to the art of step.
